Cantonal Structure Plan
We developed a strategy for housing, development priorities, transport hubs, and key areas of the agglomeration programs as part of a cantonal structure plan. We identified and visualized locations with potential for 10-minute neighborhoods, high-quality densification, and settlement development, based on data.

Challenge
Together, we clarified which analyses are suitable as a basis for new planning guidelines and which data needs to be integrated into the SUISPLU tool for this purpose.
Data-driven interest balancing & 4D visualizations
We weigh up interests based on data and carry out both density and legal analyses. Our data-driven strategies take everything into account – from ISOS and climate to noise protection. We use our findings to design 4D spatial plans that promote sustainable development.
Meetings with steering group
Our analyses were refined in the steering group so that they form an optimal basis for the guidelines.
